Before We Meet
Here is how to make the most of our time together.
Block 1:
Complete the Situation Clarity Check if you haven't already.
This 10-question diagnostic gives us a shared starting point. It takes about 10 minutes. Bring your results to the session — it makes the first 15 minutes significantly more efficient.

Block 2:
Write down your single most pressing question.
Not a list. One question. The one that, if answered clearly, would change something for you right now. We will use it to anchor the session.
Block 3:
Gather any relevant context.
This might include: a job offer, a performance review, an HR communication, a financial snapshot, or notes from a difficult conversation. You do not need to send these to me in advance. Just have them accessible during our call.
Block 4:
Technical setup.
We meet via video call. You will receive the link in your confirmation email. Test your audio and video before we start. Sessions begin on time and run for the full duration.
Block 5:
Cancellation and rescheduling.
If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 48 hours before your session using the link in your confirmation email. Cancellations within 48 hours are not eligible for refund but may be rescheduled.
